8.5x10-7/8" blister card contains complete and unused toy by Tarco/Sidney A. Tarrson Co. ©1966 NPP. Toy consists of 5.25" long plastic handle that 5" dia. plastic rotor toy w/3" tall Batman figure stands on. Rotor is wound, trigger pulled, releasing toy. Great images of Batman and Robin on front and back, w/text reading "Press The Trigger - Zack! - The Batscout Soars (Holy Cumulus!) 50 Feet Up." Back has printed instructions. Card has moderate handling wear, w/creases and card warp. Blister has some small areas of denting and .75" split at bottom left, but rest remains firmly affixed to card. Upper right corner has price crossed out w/new inked price, but o/w Fine w/contents Mint as packaged. Scarce on card.
